When you say 3% cash back appreciation Bonus; what do you mean?
Every Shopper, regardless of the size of the purchase, receives a cash back appreciation bonus of 3% of the total purchase made which can be accumulated for future purchases or redeemed in whole or in part at check out.
Can I use a portion of my Cash Back Bonus towards a purchase and save the balance for a later use?
ANSWER:
If I use someone else’s card to pay for the purchase who owns the Cash Back Appreciation Bonus.
The customer who signs up and receives a Customer ID Number receives the Cash Back Appreciation Bonus regardless of the payment method used.
Does this mean that if I order for multiple people placing multiple orders and using their card to purchase the items, they need I get to keep the 3% or 6% Cash Back Appreciation Bonus?
YES. As long as you sign in using your customer number when placing the order.
What is the cost of your annual Membership fee?
The annual Mall Membership fee is $50.
What is this 6% Cash Back Appreciation Bonus with Mall Membership and is this in addition to the 3% given without a membership?
The 6% Cash Back Bonus is exclusively available to Mall members. It is an additional 3% to the non-member Cash Back Appreciation Bonus. Once a membership is established, the member will then be given a Cash Back Appreciation bonus total of 6% with each purchase made which can be used immediately or saved for future uses.
If my mall membership runs out will I still be entitled to my Cash Back Appreciation Bonus that I earned while I had the membership?
YES. All of it. It is yours whenever you want to use it.
Who should purchase this Mall Membership?
All customers are welcomed to purchase our Mall membership to reap a greater Cash Back Appreciation Bonus with each purchase made.
What is the difference between your delivery deals and your regular delivery fee?
Our regular delivery fees vary from $20.00 to $30.00. An additional cost of $7.00 is charged for any additional purchases made per store and added to the first order. Whilst the delivery deals are broken down into three discounted deals, regardless of how many stores you purchase from.
- Orders under $100.00 pay the normal courier delivery charge
- Orders over $100.00 get 25% off of the courier delivery charge. The mall pays the courier the 25% delivery charge that was discounted for you.
- Orders over $200.00 get 50% off of the courier delivery charge. The mall pays the courier the 50% delivery charge that was discounted for you.
- Orders over $400.00 get free courier delivery, no charge. The mall pays the courier the 100% delivery charge that was discounted for you.
Can my order be delivered to another address than what’s on file?
Yes. Please remember to select the correct delivery address at check out and don’t forget to enter your directions to ensure an accurate and timely delivery.
Do you deliver to other Caribbean countries or to International destinations?
No. Our delivery options are only available island wide in Barbados. Including to a berth Yacht.
When are items delivered?
Items can be delivered same day once the order was placed before 10:00am. Our deliver days are Monday to Friday from 9:00am and the last delivery is made by 5:30pm. If an order is placed after 10:00 am the order is delivered next day between the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.

What if I am not home to receive my shipment?
Our couriers will contact you 15 minutes prior to your delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery it will be returned to the store and we will contact, you regarding future delivery.
What should I do with meat products once I’ve received it?
Once you have received the product/s, it MUST be refrigerated/frozen immediately.
